Tuesday-owned platforms on which it is posted, including our website at www.rubytuesday.com and the Ruby Tuesday® mobile application, and any other website, platform, app, or digital content that links to this Policy (collectively, this “Site”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party platforms or to other platforms owned by us or our
affiliates, or any information collected from any other platform, app, or digital services. This
also does not apply to information collected through other channels, such as over the phone or
in person.

Some of the information we collect through this Site may be “personal information”—
information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. Other information may be non-personally identifiable, such as information collected by cookies.

Information You Manually Provide. We collect the information you manually provide when you use this Site. Information From Third-Parties. By doing this, you are asking the third-party platform to send us information, including personal information, from your profile on that platform. This type of information may be used to locate your proximity to nearby Ruby Tuesday® restaurants, or to identify offers and other location specific items that may be of interest to you.

Information About Third-Party Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising

In addition to the cookies we deliver to your computer or mobile device through this Site, certain third parties may deliver cookies to you for a variety of reasons. The Website Opt Out described above works only on websites. With Other Users of this Site. You may be able to submit User-Generated Content on or through this Site. We may share aggregate information with third parties so we and they can better understand our user base. All the above categories, except for compliance with laws, exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
